Lofi Study 24/7 is an independent project started in 2026 that provides free lofi music and AI-generated Japanese-aesthetic wallpapers to help students, remote workers, and creatives focus, relax, and sleep. Everything on the Site is free to use — no signup, no paywall, no downloads hidden behind surveys.
Every wallpaper on the Site is generated with NoobAI-XL, an anime-style model based on Stable Diffusion XL (SDXL), running in ComfyUI on our own server. Prompts are assembled automatically from per-theme lists and include "Studio Ghibli inspired" as a style cue (we have no affiliation with Studio Ghibli). Landscape images are enlarged to 4K with RealESRGAN, portrait and ultrawide images with standard resampling, and none are hand-retouched or reviewed one by one; the full process is in how our AI wallpapers are made. Music on the live stream mixes tracks licensed commercially through Epidemic Sound (the Lofi Study 24/7 YouTube channel is linked to that subscription) with original instrumentals we generate ourselves with ACE-Step 1.5, an open AI music model so playback on the broadcast and on this site's embed is fully cleared. No real people or photographs are used. Themes include:
The current library (about 6,200 still images and 970 animated loops) was generated between April and May 2026, with a smaller batch added in October 2026.
Lofi Study 24/7 is built and maintained by a single developer based in Argentina who also runs the live stream and social accounts. We are not backed by any company, label, or publisher. The Site may show Google AdSense ads to help cover its costs, and visitors can also support it on Ko-fi.
The server, electricity and bandwidth that keep the 24/7 stream running cost money every month. If the site has helped you focus, study, or just made your desktop a bit prettier, you can chip in via Ko-fi — the funds go toward keeping the project free and signup-free for everyone. Monthly support is also available on the same page if you'd like to back the project on a recurring basis.
