The Site provides free AI-generated wallpapers, a 24/7 lofi music live stream, a Pomodoro study timer, and related ambient audio content. All features are offered free of charge without the need to create an account.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful personal purposes. You may not:
robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.AI-generated images. All wallpapers are created using Stable Diffusion XL and related open-source AI models. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable license to download and use the images as personal wallpapers on any device, including for non-commercial content creation (e.g. study videos, personal blog posts) with a visible credit link to lofistudy247.com.
You may not: resell the images; redistribute them in bulk (e.g. as a downloadable pack); claim authorship; use them to train commercial AI models; or use them in deceptive, defamatory, or hateful contexts.
Music. All music played on the Site and on the live broadcast is licensed for streaming via Epidemic Sound — the Lofi Study 24/7 YouTube and Twitch channels are registered to that subscription, which clears playback on the embed shown here. You may not download the stream audio for redistribution; the music license covers playback only, not redistribution by visitors.

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the contact email below including: (a) your contact info; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL of the alleged infringement; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act; (e) your signature (typed is acceptable). We will review and remove or disable allegedly infringing material within a reasonable time.
The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and links to third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Tumblr, Bluesky, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, ad content, or privacy practices. Ad content is selected by Google based on your interests and browsing history.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
